Registration to the 46th IDW is now open.
Graduate students: $80 ($95 after Oct. 11th; onsite registration: $115 + HST)
Post-doctoral fellows: $95 ($110 after Oct. 11th; onsite registration: $125 + HST)
Professors and other attendees: $135 ($160 after Oct. 11th; onsite registration: $175 + HST)
Sunday-only registration: $50 + HST (limited number of tickets available)
With your paid registration, you will have full access to the all the IDW talks and posters. You registration also includes a banquet on Saturday evening, following the poster session. Lunches are not included but many options are available on campus, with the largest selection located in the Student Centre and in York Lanes, both less than a five-minute walk from the venue.
Upon picking up your registration material at the Friday evening mixer, you will be given a ticket redeemable towards a free drink. However, note that the venue for the banquet can only accommodate 220 people. We can thus only guarantee access to this venue to the first 220 people paying their registration fee.
Your registration material will include some promotional materials from our generous sponsors. Make sure you have a look and support them in the future. Throughout the weekend, you MUST at all time wear your name tag. You will NOT otherwise be given access to the venue.

Payments of registration fees onsite will also take place exclusively by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Cash will NOT be accepted.
