Programme

The full programme, which includes a list of all oral presentations and posters with the abstracts, is available to download (complete IDW programme; 44MB). An abbreviated copy of the programme (pages 1–14) will be included in the registration bag that you will pick up on Friday evening (or on Saturday morning before the morning session). Make sure you bring the EventBrite confirmation page that you received when you registered for the event. The agenda for the IDW is shown below.

As is customary at IDWs, two sessions will be running concurrently in two adjacent Lecture Halls (B and C) of the Lassonde Building. For those who are giving an oral presentation, please identify yourself to the chair prior to your session to download your file on the computer. This is necessary for both concurrent sessions to remain in sync.

For those presenting a poster on Saturday afternoon, please remain at your respective poster from 4:30PM to 5:30PM for odd-numbered abstracts (P1, P3, P5...) or from 5:30PM to 6:30PM for even-numbered ones (P2, P4, P6...) You can put your poster up after the plenary lecture and you must take it down before the banquet.
